Small bags

A Small bag or Small sack is the most preferred bag worldwide used for packing pretty much every material known. It is made from Polypropylene (PP) or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) tapes woven into tubes, with or without waterproof coating, widely known as lamination. These bags can be produced in variety of dimensions, with filling capacity of ~5kg (11lbs) to ~50kg (110lbs). These bags can be made to withstand a wide range of temperatures and ultraviolet exposure too.

What we do…

• Our small bags are produced in an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment
• We house the ability to produce 60,000 bags per day, which is approximately 1,320 tons per annum and offer further scalability to ourcustomers on demand
• Our small bag production department is headed by personnel with over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry and over 10 years in small bag production
• We produce most variety of small bags with upto 6 color flexographic printing. We also produce bags that which include lamination, E-Z open top, Pinch Bottom type, hemmed with draw string, with liner etc
• Samples from every batch of our small bags undergo light table inspection fully complying to asuccessfully tested scientific sampling methodology
• Every consignment is subjected to SQC (Statistical Quality Control) prior to dispatch
• We assist in artwork designing and customizing small bags
